| REGISTRATION: TUITION FOR THE STRINGS EXCELL DAY CAMP IS $275.00 Cost includes all instruction, lunch, a camp T-shirt, 8X10 group photo, 4X6 chamber music photo, CD of Concert, and the use of the facilities at Zug Memorial Hall and Leffler Chapel and Performance Center at Elizabethtown College. Print and send the form below with a deposit of $100.00 by June 10, 2012 The $175.00 balance will be due at registration. No refunds will be made after June 10, 2012.. A $25.00 office fee will be deducted from all refunds. Checks will be deposited on a monthly basis and an information letter will be sent to you two weeks before camp. |
